The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) is partnering with Transportation and Management Systems, Inc. (TEMS) to evaluate the potential for enhanced intercity passenger rail from Washington, DC to Petersburg, VA and Norfolk, VA. In this evaluation process, surveys play a vital role by providing data about the origins and destinations of intercity travelers, purpose of travel, and user preferences about travel time, travel costs and travel mode.
HRTPO's survey will be available from April 23rd through June 8th. During that time, HRTPO would greatly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to fill it out, and encourage your colleagues to do so as well.
